The Declaration of Condominium, the instrument that creates the 1500 Condominium, has been recorded with the Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds.
This action satisfies a number of important requirements, including a detailed description of the Condominium, the number and square footage of all Units, detailed Plats & Plans of the new building, and more.
