The project team is developing detailed Construction Documents. These CDs, near completion, are the final step in the pre-construction portion of the project.
These CDs allow us for the first time to release preliminary details on the building structural systems. The building skeleton will consist of a steel cage and pre-cast concrete floor decks. The exterior walls will consist of stucco, tinted glass and aluminum.
The lower level will provide gated, covered private parking for residents only. The first floor will accommodate over 10,000 square feet of neighborhood retail shops, and the upper floors will consist of apartment-style condominiums. The 5th floor units will be two-level lofts.
Outstanding features of the final building design include private garden terraces for certain units on the 2nd floor, private balconies for certain units on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors, and a vegetated roof garden for the private use of all residents.
